Vamp supports our community during the COVID-19 pandemic

Vamp is doing what we can to support and bring our community together during this time.

It’s a foreign circumstance and a time filled with uncertainty as the world tackles the COVID-19 pandemic. Vamp is doing what we can to support and bring our community together during this time.

#SafeHands campaign

The World Health Organisation has five ways to keep us all safe from COVID-19. Number one is washing or sanitising your hands thoroughly and frequently. To help spread awareness around this  important safety practise, Vamp partnered with WHO on their #SafeHands campaign. Our creators were asked to post a video of them actively washing or sanitising their hands correctly and tag a friend to pass on the “challenge”. This pro-bono campaign was to promote good personal hygiene practises which helps reduce the chances of contracting the virus and, minimises the spread of COVID-19.

We’re in this together

We recently announced that we are offering small to medium businesses free access to the Vamp platform. As we all adjust to the impact of COVID-19, its a particularly difficult time for SMBs. We understand how important it is to continue to promote your products and services, which is why Vamp started this initiative. We’re offering to continue to generate the content you need without platform or management fees. To get in touch, please email us at

We’re joining business leaders across Australia to help #StopTheSpread of COVID-19. In line with this initiative, Vamp has committed to social distancing. We’ve asked all employees to work from home as we continue to support our team with updates and advice. While our global team work remotely, all scheduled meetings will go ahead as video calls and campaigns will be delivered as normal.

Continued support

Even though our employees are WFH, it’s business as usual for the Vamp team. We have all adjusted our routines accordingly to continue to comfortably work remotely during this time. We are still running campaigns and our teams are online during normal working hours to answer any questions or queries our creators and clients may have.

It’s important to us that we still provide as much work as possible for our community, also impacted by the pandemic. Creators like Cheryl Law, aka @lawstore, who told us she was pleased to still be creating content: “I’m just so happy that Vamp is still business as usual and getting new campaigns, I would go stir crazy if I couldn’t shoot new content. At least I can still do this safely at home! It’s true that the internet is everything at the moment. Social media is all we have so we need to keep producing amazing content.”
