Vamp supports Australian bushfire relief

As bushfires continue to devastate Australia, our thoughts are with everyone affected by the disaster.

While it can be difficult to know what to do at this overwhelming time, we believe everyone can do their bit and Vamp will be supporting their client THE ICONIC in their initiatives, providing aid to the Australians in need.

Firstly, Vamp will be donating $5,000 AUD to the Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund. This money will go towards emergency and long term assistance, including supporting people at evacuation centres and psychological first aid to reduce trauma. 

We will also run a pro bono campaign with our Australian influencers, urging them to promote the ‘ALL IN’ – Australian Retail x Red Cross Bushfire Disaster and Recovery Relief initiative. This will see over 45+ retailers across Australia – including THE ICONIC – band together on Thursday 9th January 2020 to donate 100% of profits to support affected communities. In appreciation of every Vamp creator who accepts this brief and supports the cause, Vamp will donate an additional $100. (Up to the value of $5,000 AUD.)

Internally, we will also be organising a collection of much-needed supplies and donating these to THE ICONIC Sydney CBD Headquarters. They are accepting donations from Tuesday, 14th January 2020 until the end of January and we encourage anyone who can to check this list and contribute, either by dropping supplies at Vamp or THE ICONIC.

We are humbled to see the support being shown by business and individuals around the world at this heartbreaking time. We’re proud to support THE ICONIC and those in such desperate need.
