MandM Direct knew this so set out to build a content generation machine by scaling their creator collaborations using the Vamp platform.

The brief

MandM Direct collaborated with 103 creators over a period of 12 months to deliver a consistent output of content for use across all of their online touch points.

The approach

By using the Vamp platform to brief multiple creators every month, MandM built themselves an ever-evolving library of assets to use in both campaign and always-on settings.

The strategy 

MandM Direct used the Vamp platform to identify and brief over 100 creators over the course of 12 months, working on an average of two briefs per month.

This approach meant they could scale both their creator collaborations and content output. This meant they not only had high quality assets ready for use across all of their owned, earned and paid media, they also had a mixture of formats covering both stills and video in portrait and landscape.

This led to a diverse approach to the content creation, keeping all of their digital touch points fresh and up to date throughout the year, and at key seasonal moments.
